PROJECT DETAILS:
Lancer Associates is leading the $235 million addition and renovation of Whiteland Community High School, one of the largest K-12 construction projects in Indiana. This multi-phase campus transformation supports academic expansion, performing arts enhancements, athletic facility modernization, and campus-wide upgrades, all while the school remains fully operational.
The project includes more than 60 new classrooms, science labs, LGI spaces, and collaborative learning areas connected by a central atrium. A new 50-meter competition natatorium with spectator seating positions the school to host elite swim events, while a new performing arts addition delivers a modern auditorium and dedicated band, choir, theater, and dance spaces.
Athletic improvements feature a new fieldhouse with four full-size courts, an indoor track, an expanded weight room, renovated locker rooms, and upgrades to the football, tennis, baseball, and softball facilities. The final phases modernize classrooms, career-pathway labs, administrative areas, and interior finishes throughout the campus, with an estimated completion date of 2028.
