Job Description

This individual is directly involved in a range of project types through all phases of design, including conceptual design, detailing and documentation, and construction. We want a team player with exceptional organization, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities 

Conceptual Design

Design Documentation

Construction Administration

Consultant Coordination

Work closely with Project Manager

Minimum Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Required Skills

Creativity and experience with high-quality design

Understanding of construction documents

Strong building technology and problem-solving skills

Ability to participate in a team structure

Excellent interpersonal, graphic, and communication skills

Superior time management and organizational skills

Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suites

Ability to create renderings

Experience

 0-3 years of architectural experience
