Lancer Associates is excited to unveil the design of the new North Vernon Police Station, a modern facility set to replace the outdated station currently in use. This project draws inspiration from the historic North Vernon train station, seamlessly blending classic aesthetics with contemporary functionality. The station will feature a large meeting room to accommodate training sessions, evidence processing, an armory, and a 2-bay sallyport for secure detainee transport. Specialized spaces, including squad and sergeant rooms, will offer breakout areas for private offices, optimizing operational efficiency by consolidating multiple city-owned properties that previously dispersed services across various buildings. In partnership with Securitecture, a firm with a robust portfolio of over 200 police stations, we are poised to deliver a facility that meets the highest safety and efficiency standards, significantly enhancing the capability and integration of city services.
