PROJECT DETAILS:

The North Vermillion Addition and Renovation project aimed to upgrade High School facilities and surrounding areas while meeting evolving community needs. Comprehensive interior renovations at the high school improved learning environments through modern finishes, upgraded lighting, and enhanced HVAC systems. Restrooms and locker rooms received significant updates, including new fixtures and a collaborative student fitness zone.

Adding a Community Center expands wellness and recreational opportunities with modern amenities such as fitness rooms and a spacious 2-court gymnasium. Additionally, a new Bus Maintenance facility and renovation of the School Corporation administration building address logistical needs, ensuring efficient operations.

Energy efficiency was prioritized through updates at North Vermillion Elementary School, which included updating HVAC systems and lighting fixtures to reduce energy consumption and enhance sustainability efforts across the campus. These updates modernized the school’s facilities, promoted sustainability, and facilitated community engagement.
