We define the scope alongside McDonald’s, with construction managers as mediators between owners and the construction team.

We bring together architectural, structural, and MEP expertise and choose engineering partners that meet McDonald’s high standards. We also ensure ADA compliance through detailed surveys, guaranteeing accessibility in all our projects. Our architects personally oversee each site to maintain design integrity, ensuring that construction aligns with approved plans and meets McDonald’s stringent requirements.

We also collaborate with McDonald’s corporate office to implement standardized food equipment layouts, optimizing operational efficiency while giving owners the flexibility to choose the program that best suits their needs.
