Lancer Associates provided architectural services for a 3,694 SF McDonald’s new build in Cookeville, Tennessee, adapting the corporate prototype to align with site-specific conditions and operational goals. The design emphasizes efficient site circulation and drive-thru performance while incorporating a durable exterior palette of Hardie Plank and brick to maintain brand consistency. Our team worked closely with civil, structural, and MEP engineers to deliver a fully coordinated, construction-ready set of documents. We guided the project through permitting, ensuring compliance with local codes and ADA standards for a smooth approval process. During construction, we remained engaged through observation and field coordination to maintain design intent and support efficient delivery.
