This project reimagines a former Hardee’s building as a modern McDonald’s destination through thoughtful adaptive reuse and strategic design enhancements. The existing structure is revitalized with a fresh exterior palette of brick, Hardie board, and metal siding, accented with natural wood battens to reflect contemporary brand aesthetics. Inside, the service area is reconfigured to streamline operational flow, supporting an enhanced customer experience. Upgrades to digital kiosks and technology further align the space with McDonald’s forward-thinking approach, blending functionality with modern design while maximizing the value of the existing shell.
