PROJECT DETAILS:

This thoughtfully planned $28 million senior living community blends independence, care, and comfort across a multi-building campus designed to support aging in place. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the development includes a 95,170 SF assisted living and memory care facility, along with two independent living buildings. The 1-bedroom building spans 8,256 SF, while the 2-bedroom counterpart covers 10,894 SF, with six residential units in each.

The main facility will house 73 assisted living units and 34 memory care units, designed with secure, resident-focused layouts to enhance safety, dignity, and quality of life. The independent living component adds 48 units, offering privacy and autonomy while maintaining proximity to services and care when needed. This two-story senior community strikes a balance between functionality and warmth, featuring inviting common areas, integrated wellness spaces, and accessible outdoor environments. The design emphasizes community connection while also respecting residents’ need for personal space.
