PROJECT DETAILS:

This 4-story renovation was an exciting upgrade to Lawrenceburg High School. Our team helped to reorganize the department layout to ensure specialized spaces were upgraded accordingly. The renovation included the design of new science labs and science classrooms that were equipped to meet current curriculum needs. The new art classrooms were relocated and allowed for the expansion of their art program. The new location allowed for the students to work in a daylit space. The renovated Media Center replaced the outdated Library by creating an inviting lobby space, including a Café run by students with a glazed entry. The space focused on building a flexible learning environment that shows off the historic vaulted structure of the old gym. We also improved fire safety and air quality by adding sprinkler lines and updating HVAC equipment throughout the school.
