As part of Greencroft Communities, Golden Years Homestead is dedicated to offering a comprehensive range of care, from independent living to skilled nursing and memory support. This new clubhouse enhances their mission by providing a modern, amenity-rich space designed for active aging. The 7,556 SF facility includes areas that foster socialization, creativity, wellness, and lifelong learning. A demonstration kitchen anchors the community programming, while pickleball courts and fitness rooms promote physical activity. Working closely with Golden Years’ leadership, the design team created a welcoming hub that supports both resident enrichment and the evolving care model of the facility. The project addressed challenges related to space efficiency and multi-use programming to create an inviting, versatile destination that captures the lively spirit of the Golden Years community.
