Lancer Associates completed an exterior remodel and a 774 SF addition to the Dairy Queen in Clermont, with a total renovation area of 2,336 SF. The project included expanding the dining area and updating the exterior to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Collaborating closely with the owner/operator, we ensured the design met their specific operational needs while aligning with the brand’s visual identity.
