  • Stained concrete
  • Corrugated metal wainscot

PROJECT DETAILS:

This project involves the design of a Charleys Cheesesteaks restaurant within an existing end-cap suite in Machesney Park, Illinois. The layout required careful adaptation of the franchise’s prototype to fit a narrow and deep tenant space while maintaining operational efficiency.

The design incorporates a new drive-thru lane integrated with existing site circulation and traffic patterns. Inside, the open kitchen concept and high ceilings create a more transparent and engaging customer experience, while material selections were chosen to help manage acoustics and maintain durability. The result is a clean, functional space that aligns with the Charleys brand and the site’s constraints.
