PROJECT DETAILS:

Greenwood Village South needed a larger, more modern clinic, so they retrofitted a space previously occupied by apartments. The new clinic design included an open reception and waiting area, a workroom, two exam rooms, two private offices, a conference room, a telehealth room, two restrooms, and storage. The owners turned to our team for an updated interior finish scheme to create an inviting and comfortable environment.

Our designers collaborated with the owners using inspirational images to capture their vision. From this, we developed several interior finish options, presenting them alongside 3D visualizations of the space. These visuals helped the owners better understand key design elements, particularly the open workroom-reception concept. A curved reception desk served as a contemporary focal point, with flooring that reflected this curve, defining the reception area within the larger clinic.

After finalizing the interior finishes, our designers assisted with selecting artwork, opting for nature-inspired pieces that enhanced the clinic’s aesthetic. This final touch reinforced the owners’ goal of creating a welcoming and bright environment, transforming the clinic into a functional and inviting space.
