PROJECT DETAILS:

River Ridge Middle School was designed for Greater Clark County Schools as a modern, student-centered campus that supports academic success, safety, and long-term community growth. The approximately 150,000-square-foot, two-story facility is organized around a central corridor that connects classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, the gymnasium, and the cafeteria. This layout creates intuitive circulation throughout the building.

The site design responds to the property’s unique topography and roadway conditions while minimizing earthwork. Separate parent and bus circulation routes improve safety and traffic flow during daily arrivals and dismissals. The campus also includes athletic amenities such as an artificial turf football and soccer field, tennis courts, and a support building with concessions, restrooms, ticketing, and storage.
