Lancer Associates provided architectural services for a 3,694 SF McDonald’s new build in Hanson, Kentucky, adapting the corporate prototype to meet site-specific conditions and local requirements. The design incorporates enhanced rear façade glazing to elevate the overall aesthetic while maintaining brand consistency. Our team coordinated closely with civil, structural, and MEP engineers to deliver a fully integrated, construction-ready set of documents. We guided the project through permitting, ensuring compliance with local codes and ADA standards for a smooth approval process. During construction, we remained engaged through observation and field coordination, helping maintain design intent and resolve conditions efficiently.
