PROJECT DETAILS:

Lancer Associates was selected to design the new Johnson County Recycle Center, focusing on improving operational efficiency and incorporating future sustainability upgrades for storing and sorting recycled materials. The facility features two drive-thru bays for convenient drop-off, three pickup bays, and radiant floor heating in the garage areas to improve energy efficiency. The center includes three offices, a break room, and a community meeting room, supporting daily operations and community engagement. Designed with flexibility, the building is prepared for the future addition of a water collection system, allowing the center to evolve with environmental needs.
