Franklin has revitalized its downtown tremendously over the past five years. A local developer desired to bring new condominium living to the walkable downtown. The developer reached out to Lancer Associates to design a new modern four-story building at 150 South Main Street. The first floor is designed with retail space and a secure parking garage.

Mayor Steve Barnett said the development adds a much-needed mix of housing to the city’s new downtown. “These condos will offer residents all the benefits of downtown living.” The four-story 150 South Main Street building near the Johnson County Courthouse will have storefronts on the first floor and a parking garage. The condos will average 1,500 square feet per unit. Each luxury condo will have a private balcony, kitchen islands with quartz countertops, hardwood floors, and high-end appliances. The development also includes a shared outdoor patio on the fourth floor overlooking the new Franklin amphitheater. Access to the trail system was a significant selling point to the developers.
